First Unitarian Church Baltimore: a breathtaking city landmark
Having been categorized as a National Historic Landmark in 1972, First Unitarian Church Baltimore is an iconic landmark located in the heart of the city. In fact, the venue is actually the oldest building continuously used by a Unitarian congregation. The venue’s breathtaking architecture is one of the country’s finest examples of French Romantic Classicism, and the tall barrel-vaulted ceiling and gorgeous Tiffany mosaic add to the undeniable charm and beauty of this place.
The Baltimore Museum of Art: a beautiful creative space
The Baltimore Museum of Art is opening its doors to the Candlelight series. With over 100 years of history, the BMA “was founded on the belief that access to art and ideas is integral to a vibrant and healthy civic life.” In collaboration with the BMA’s striking setting, Candlelight invites Baltimore audiences to uncover new dimensions to their favorite music at the home of 95,000 works of art.
The Creative Alliance: bringing art to the forefront
Creative Alliance has brought together artists from different backgrounds since its inception in 1995. The multi-purpose space is all about artistic expression and celebrating culture in Baltimore. With two locations, they’ve hosted more than 150 live performances, film screenings, dance parties, and more. Clearly, the arts center is not new to hosting performances and art shows for the community, but this summer, it’s adding two intimate candlelit tribute concerts to its list of shows.

The Candlelight series typically takes place twice each night with two back-to-back 65-minute performances. Doors will open 45 minutes prior to each show.
Note that for the safety of our audience, all of the candlelight will be provided through flameless candles.
